Silo balances

Balance = all Grain In (including paddock loads sent to a silo) minus Grain Out. % full uses the capacity set for the grain currently in the silo (Settings). Tap a silo to see its records.

Record silo movement

Same fields as the old silo spreadsheet: Date, Load no., Tonnes, Grain, Variety, Driver, Source of Grain (in) / Destination (out).

Rows tagged paddock load come from the Paddock Loads tab (destination = a silo) and are edited there.

Record a new load

Each saved dispatch gets a unique load reference. Enter the CBH ticket and net weight later, or use the Reconcile tab to fill them in from LoadNet.

1. Load CBH LoadNet data

Only an admin can import LoadNet data. Results below use the shared data.

In LoadNet: Loads › Report › Display Loads › Download Results (CSV), or save the “Load Report – AllLoads” PDF. Expected columns: LOAD NO, SITE, COMMODITY, GRADE, TARE DATE/TIME, DELIVERED TONNES, SPLIT OUT TONNES, NET WEIGHT, NOMINATION STATUS, NOMINATION DATE/TIME, MARKETER, PAYMENT METHOD.

Column mapping — check each field matches a column in your file

2. Match settings

Matching order: CBH LOAD NO = farm “CBH ticket” first; then for the rest, same commodity + tare date within the window + site + net tonnes within tolerance (compared with CBH net weight if entered, otherwise the approx load). Fuzzy matches are flagged to check.

Silo names & capacities (tonnes)

Add silo

Leave blank if unknown — the dashboard shows “capacity not set”. Preloaded: silos 1–6 = 330 t wheat / 260 t barley (220 t oats from the old sheet); silo 7 = 2500 / 2000 t; silos 10–15 = 70 / 60 t. Silos 8 & 9 are not used. Add or remove silos (e.g. 16–18 or other farms) here; removing a silo hides it but keeps its records.

Dropdown suggestions

One per line. Values already used in records are suggested automatically too.

Backup & data

Records are shared live between everyone signed in. This device also keeps a copy so the app works without signal. Restoring a backup adds back any missing records (it does not wipe newer ones).
